AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle)
The solution uses laser-guided unmanned forklifts, human-machine interaction terminals, and intelligent delivery control and warehouse management systems, which together, in combination with hardware and software, establish an unmanned warehouse solution for finished goods.
The laser forklift uses the laser navigator installed on the top of the forklift to rotate 360 degrees, scanning the laser reflectors arranged around in real-time, and realize its own precise real-time positioning function by measuring the distance and angle of the reflectors.
AGV adopts an automatic charging station, and the output voltage of the charging station power supply is 24
The body form is forward-moving
Navigation and parking accuracy ±10mm
The walking directions are: forward, backward, turning, rotating in place
MES/WMS calls AGV, and AGV performs handling tasks
AGV uses laser navigation to automatically locate the pallet position
The navigation method is laser navigation (laser positioning column is installed on the shelf for positioning)
The AGV body adopts 6mm, 10mm, 16mm, and 22mm thickness Q235 Q345B steel laser cutting, gas-shielded welding, and surface painting treatment.
AGV is equipped with wireless communication equipment, including the avoidance and dispatch functions of multiple AGVs
An industrial computer is installed inside the AGV trolley to control the running status of the entire vehicle. With a 7-inch touch color LCD display, the operation interface is displayed in Chinese and English;
Trolley working mode:
Fully automatic (AGV works in accordance with the instructions of the dispatch system);
Manual (select the handling task manually without going through the AGV scheduling system).
The AGV has sound and light prompts during walking.
The display interface of the central dispatching system can be adjusted appropriately according to site requirements.
The web version of the scheduling display interface can be displayed on the large screen of the TV through the internal wireless LAN
