Welding Electrode Shrink Wrapper

Description:

Automatic sealing and shrinking with a speed of up to 15 boxes/minute (for welding rod cartons, 5x1 configuration). Cartons arrive in a single lane and are directed and separated from the final queue before the film wraps. The shrink film is wrapped around the package, the top support is provided, then the film is welded and cut before being transferred to the shrink oven. The film shrinks when heated to achieve tight packaging.

Function: Bag filling, film cutting, and heat sealing are all done automatically by one device, realizing unmanned operation and faster production efficiency.

Machine composed of:

1. Heavy-duty construction in a painted steel frame. Designed for easy access and minimum maintenance.

2. Infeed conveyor with adjustable guide rails and product indication and speed separation of products via frequency-controlled belt conveyors.

3. The angled welding frame restricts film usage to a minimum in that the sealing takes place close to the packaging, which ensures low film costs.

4. Thermistor-controlled laminate jaw and top jaw with pneumatically operated cutting blade, which does not release welding fumes.

5. The bottom haw is retractable and prevents dirt and film waste from sticking, which increases operational reliability. Top support over welding position.

6. Cooling fan at the end of shrink tunnel. Motor-driven film feed system with automatic control of the feed speed.

7. Ensures high operating reliability and is insensitive to static electricity shrink tunnel rated at 25kW of thermostatically controlled, shrink tunnel length 2000mm.
