Pallet skretch wrapper
The machine adopts an imported PLC programmable controller and man-machine interface display control system to integrate machine, electricity, and gas, with manual/automatic optional functions.
The turntable is equipped with a high-sensitivity emergency stop system controlled by a safety photoelectric detector.
The film feeding system adopts a double-chain mechanism, which is stable and reliable. The rising and falling speed is frequency-controlled, and the number of layers wrapped on the top and bottom is controlled individually.
The machine is equipped with an automatic film-loading and film-breaking device, which enables fully automatic film-loading and breaking work. The film feeding system is equipped with a separate pre-stretch motor, which enables the standard pre-stretch film to be stretched 2.5-2.8 times, thus effectively saving material costs.
